  The disposable oxygen nebulizer is a medical device powered by medical-grade oxygen, specifically designed for nebulized inhalation therapy. Its core features include sterility and single-use, aiming to ensure the hygiene and safety of the treatment process while reducing the risk of cross-infection.
 

1.Product Structure and Composition

The product is available in two usage types: mask-type and bite-type, to accommodate the needs of different patients.
Mask-type: Composed of a mask, nebulization cup (also known as nebulizer canister or medication cup), oxygen delivery tube (catheter), air source connector, and securing straps (elastic bands or aluminum clips), suitable for infants, children, or patients unable to use a bite mouthpiece.
Mouthpiece type: Composed of components such as a mouthpiece, nebulizer cup, oxygen delivery tube, and air source connector, with some models incorporating bellows or three-way adapters. The mouthpiece type is more suitable for adult patients who can cooperate with autonomous breathing.The mask, oxygen tube, and airbag are manufactured from polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic in compliance with GB/T15593-2020. The connectors and inflation valves are made from polyethylene (PE) material conforming to YY/T0114-2008. The elastic band is produced from polyurethane (PU) synthetic material in accordance with QB/T1646-2007. The nasal bridge strip is fabricated from polyurethane (PU) synthetic material specified in QB/T1646-2007. The nasal bridge strip is also constructed from polypropylene (PP) material in compliance with GB/T6892-2023 and GB/T12670-2008.

2.Functions and Indications
This product is designed to connect with a medical oxygen source, utilizing the pressure generated by the oxygen airflow to pulverize the medication liquid contained in the nebulization cup into fine aerosol particles, which are then inhaled by the patient. Its primary function is for clinical nebulization therapy, commonly employed for drug delivery in respiratory diseases.
Indications: Bronchial asthma, acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pneumonia, bronchitis, pharyngitis, etc.; for humidification of the airways, antispasmodic and bronchodilatory effects, anti-inflammatory and expectorant actions, and local anti-infection.
Indications: Respiratory department, pediatrics, ICU, and emergency department in hospitals; also applicable for home oxygen therapy nebulization. Suitable for elderly patients, children, and those unable to cooperate with oral medication administration.
